SEIZECODEv.2026
BuildAI-native by default, not bolted on

Web Applications

A web application is software that runs in the browser and replaces a manual process, a spreadsheet or an off-the-shelf tool with something built around how your business actually works. SEIZECODE designs, builds and deploys it end to end, with AI capabilities architected in from the first line of code.

We cover the complete lifecycle of a web application - from interactive wireframes to production deployment. UX/UI design, frontend, backend, API integrations, performance, and maintenance. Every project starts with a precise functional scoping to prevent scope creep and guarantee on-time delivery. AI capabilities are architected in from the start, not added as an afterthought.

Use cases

Most projects start the same way: a spreadsheet, a manual process or an off-the-shelf tool that no longer matches how the business actually works.

  • Business dashboard for monitoring KPIs, alerts, and automated reports
  • Internal management app replacing Excel - HR, inventory, client tracking
  • Advanced web platform with member area, checkout flow, or product configurator

What you get

You leave with the full source code, the design files and a configured production environment.

  • Wireframes and Figma mockups
  • Full source code (Git repository)
  • Technical documentation
  • Production environment deployed and configured
  • Handover guide

How it works

Every engagement follows the same four steps, from scoping to handover.

1
Scoping (1-2 days)
2
Development (1-4 weeks)
3
Testing & validation
4
Deployment & handover

IDEAL FOR

SMBs, startups, independent entrepreneurs

Frequently asked questions

The questions prospects ask before they get in touch, answered here first.

How long does it take to build a web application?

Development takes one to four weeks after scoping for most projects, depending on the number of screens, integrations and user roles. Scoping itself takes one to two days and fixes the functional perimeter, which is what keeps the delivery date fixed too.

Who owns the source code?

You do. The full source code is delivered in a Git repository under your name at handover, with the technical documentation and the design files, and nothing in it depends on SEIZECODE to keep running.

Which technologies do you use?

The stack is chosen per project, not imposed. Most applications are built in TypeScript with Next.js on the front end, a relational database behind it, and hosting on your own cloud account or a European server. The choice is written down in the scoping report so a future team can take over.

What does AI integrated from the first line mean in practice?

It means the architecture leaves room for language models where they add value: search over your own documents, summaries, classification, assisted data entry. Where AI adds nothing, the application does not use it, and no chatbot is grafted on afterwards.
